From 9 to 11 April, the 5th E-Mobility Charging Infrastructure in Europe 2020 took place in Berlin, and the ASSURED project was present! At the conference, representatives of academia, industry and governments were gathered to discuss the future of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Europe.
Various case studies were presented on further development of the charging infrastructure as well as on the needs, advantages and potential risks which should be taken into account aiming at successful electrification in the near future.
ASSURED focused on the fast-charging infrastructure for the heavy-duty vehicles as well as the interoperability solutions that are being developed within the project. It was safe to say that the project’s development of next generation modular, interoperable and scalable high power charging solutions have raised a great interest among the conference's public.
